We've got ourselves a rider!

This weekend we went on our first bike ride of the year. Over the winter Cy mastered riding the tricycle in the basement. He recently started riding Eva's old two wheeler (with training wheels of course), so I told Spencer we aught to let Cy ride rather than sit in the trailer for our bike ride. Cy did amazing, it was probably the best day of his life. You could see that he so enjoyed the freedom, and it didn't hurt that we stopped at 4 parks along the way. I think our little buddy ended up biking 1.5 miles. I'm pretty proud of the little dude!

Spring Break

For Spring Break we kind of took a last minute trip to Phoenix. Why Phoenix? Well the weather was 90 degrees while we were there. We didn't go to visit anyone, or go anywhere in particular, we went to spend sometime as a family, and to soak up the sun. We had a great time. We spent pretty much every second we weren't traveling at the pool. The kids LOVE to swim! Here are some pics from the trip…

Lots of pit stops! We would find somewhere for the kids to run around or play. We also took their scooters/skate boards, seriously genius! :)
