Blessings!!!

I have many blessings, I am especially grateful for my beautiful healthy children! Our little Ana baby came sooner than we had expected, but I can tell you what a joy she is. She is so smiley and happy, she just lights up the room. She likes to be held, but LOVES when you talk to her. She is ticklish and has a cute dimple on her right cheek. She has gotten interested in her bouncy seat toys and is getting really good at lifting her head during tummy time. This Sunday we blessed her, and we had a nice celebration after. We love you Ana!
Oh, and she uses her index finger as a paci, it's so cute!

We thought Cy was a handful... now he can open doors!!!!! He is a bit of a troublemaker, yet, he now has a little longer of an attention span. Cy loves playing with cars and trucks, he loves looking at his truck books, and playing with his little people farm. I think he loves playing outside above all else. He is getting quite an extensive vocabulary, it's fun to encourage him using new words. One of my favorite things he says is, "JJ" he yells it, I think because I constantly call JJ for help. Many mornings we will wake up to Cy yelling for JJ, trying to wake him up.

Our Eva Pretty is really growing up, she has developed quite a sense of humor. Eva and I went skiing a couple weekends ago, she was kind of funny about going, I think she thought she would miss out on something. When we got home Spencer was telling her all the fun things she missed out on, Chuck-E-Cheese, Disneyland, The Children's Museum, The Dinosaur Museum, and so on. Well after Spencer said all the fun places that she missed out on, she said, "and Boondocks". Spencer and I just laughed. (Maybe you had to be there). She is getting ready for Kindergarten, reading lessons are going really well. I think I mentioned last time that she has been inventive spelling. The other morning I left the kitchen for a minute when I got back I found a note that said, "I need to go potty", in her own spelling of course, but I was very impressed!

JJ has now finished  Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and is currently reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He stays up reading much too late, but I have to say I think it's great! I love his passion for reading! He has really started to be a very detailed artist too, and he labels his art work of course, he is very organized.

Life is crazy busy. But I am happy to take a few minutes to write about my blessings! I want them to look back and see how they've grown, and to remember the fun times we have! I love being a Mom, and I'm so grateful that I get to stay home with my children! Thank you Spencer!!!!!!
