JJ finished the first grade, finished a stellar soccer season, and just learned to wake board at Lake Powell. JJ really enjoyed the first grade, he had a fabulous teacher, and made lots of friends. Just before school ended JJ told me, "Mom, I'm so popular, everyone at school knows who I am." Now I could care less if he is popular or not, what I love is his growing confidence. At the beginning of the year he was a little bit sad, and it was hard for him to get to know the kids in his class, now everyone loves JJ! This soccer season started out with a bang, he scored the first 2 goals on his team. He scored throughout the season, but the thing that I was most impressed about his season was how hard he hustled. Wow, that kids was always on his A game, he hustled after the ball like no one else. Good Job JJ! We just got back from a trip to Lake Powell, and the thing I love about JJ is his determination, and his willingness to try something new. He became a real wake boarder, and showed his brother and sisters that you can do anything, he's such a good example.
Eva pretty just graduated from Preschool. I can't believe that she'll be in Kindergarten in a few short months. I really enjoyed attending her preschool graduation, I was so impressed by what she has learned this year! Eva recently completed her jazz/ballet class for this year. She developed a lot as a dancer this year, and is excited to get back to dance in the fall. She also finished soccer, her first season. I was surprised a what a good little goalie she became, so proud of her!!!
Mr. Cy has got the cutest personality, and I just love his voice (so deep). Thankfully he has found interest in toys, specifically trains, planes, and automobiles, I'm thankful because he is not into trouble as he once was. Cy is such a smarty, everyday he says a new word that blows my mind, he has an EXTENSIVE vocabulary! He also frequently counts to 10! But one of my favorite things his says is, "No, Bad Boy!" It's the way he says it. Too cute!
Baby Ana just turned 7 months. She is such a delight! She is always good for a smile, and has the cutest giggle. Ana LOVES when someone talks to her, and she loves being held. We love out sweet "baby girl!"
